Service Description

This is the follow on course from the Combat foundations. This course is all about pressure. We aim to challenge our students with more intensive scenario-based training. In addition to the unarmed training, we will introduce medical triage in this course. Being able to stop massive bleeding or support an airway is something that could go hand in hand with self-defence training. This is something that should be considered particularly when dealing with knife attacks. This course also acts as a refresher course from the Combat System Foundations.
